So we had the inspections this week. Or at least most of them. We still have two inspections left.

The good news is that the roof appears fine. One roof inspector said it should hold on for another 5 years, one said another 10 years. Either way, that's good news.

The not-so-good news is that there are various smaller problems that need to be dealt with. One involves the furnace, one involves pests under the house, and one involves cracks in the floor of the walk-in shower in the master bedroom.

We're making a repairs amendment to our offer, but there is no telling if it will fly, since we know this couple is "strapped for cash." :/

I really hope it works out. I do like this house and yard and of course I am already dreaming of it being "my" house. It's hard waiting. I guess I should pray some more.
