Gah. I was writing to my grandma about our church and the people in it and now I feel like crying and I'm not sure why.

I was telling her about the broken families in our church and how much I love our church better than "Pleasantville" that we used to go to because there are poorer people there.

I guess I want to cry because I don't know how to make that sound less harsh and judgmental. Towards richer people, I mean.

I mean, I'm sure rich people can be true Christians too.

But it just feels like something BIG is missing when most of the Christians you talk to like to talk about their kids' sports games, family vacations to Disneyland, and cruises.

I've always had a problem being too judgmental and harsh towards the upper middle class. It was worse when I married Stephen but it's still there and I don't like it.
