Sometimes I want to post on Facebook and I can't, so I just end up coming here. :)

Gosh I'm in love today.

God is so. Good.

Stephen's anxiety about the house is really getting bad. It's come to the place where I am suggesting he talk to our pastor about it.

Yesterday it reached a kind of crisis point for our family.

And God showed up.

And Stephen is, like, already turning into a different person, because now even HE realizes he can't keep living like this. It isn't good for him, but more than that, it isn't good for us, his family--and that's what he needed to get him turned around. Praise God, that's exactly what he is starting to do.

I want to tell Jessica about it, and maybe Allison later, but Jessica for sure. I think she would really understand.

The other wonderful thing is that we moms got some GREAT mommy talk time at Allison's house today. I even got to share some of my story. I only got as far as telling them about me just having no dad in the picture whatsoever (except for the occasional letter), but it's something. :) I just feel so dumb, these girls sharing their deepest heart struggles, coming to tears frequently, and me just sitting there like I've got nothing to cry about. Good grief! If only they knew!
