So after doing a lot of research last night, I am starting to realize that Pitocin is probably what made my labor and birthing experience so difficult last time.

I just thought I wasn't strong enough for labor.

The one thing I don't know, and I'm not sure if there is any way to know for sure, is if the epidural that I got before the Pitocin is what made me have to use so much Pitocin. :/

This time around I am going to try and hold off on the epidural until I am 4-5 cm dilated.

I don't actually know how far dilated I was when I got it last time, I just was having a hard time dealing with the contractions.
