I just realized something very eye-opening. The battle of natural ingredients in cosmetics isn't just based on whether or not it's better for you. It's about petrochemicals and whether we should be so dependent upon oil! Wow. The things people think about when they buy a tube of lipstick! The weight of responsibility must be crushing.

I am beginning to understand better the phrase "liberal guilt."

I am so grateful that the end-goal for my life as a Christian is not to create paradise on earth, but to glorify God in all that I do, now and on the day that He restores paradise Himself.
