Happy girl.

Valentine's Day went much better than my birthday. We celebrated it Saturday (which it technically still feels like). We made ourselves a French toast breakfast in the morning and I gave Stephen a Valentine's "gift" (a pair of Valentine's boxers! LOL). We dressed up all fancy and wandered around NW 23rd (the "trendy" part of town), and then came home and baked the most delicious brownies ever. As soon as they were done, we ran off to our reservations at a romantic, beautifully decorated Thai restaurant and ate delicious curry and beef. Then we came home again and ate brownies with the best tasting store-bought fresh strawberries I've ever had. It was really yummy!

It was such a nice, no-pressure day. I decided I like celebrating the day before, when the restaurants aren't jam-packed with people and your expectations don't tend to be as high.
