I finished Daddy-Long-Legs at 12:22 this morning! That must be the third time I've read it. Oh... I can't even express how it makes me feel! Let me see if I can try: When I was reading Jerusha's last letter, tears of joy actually sprung to my eyes and I thought I'd burst because I was so happy! And after I finished it, I reread the last 3 letters two or three times and basked in the pure joy of the ending to the story, and then when I finally put the book down, I said aloud, "Oh, Lord, won't you write my love story like that?!"

I love old-fashioned romances.

I also discovered something really, really interesting. Daddy-Long-Legs is a perfect parallel to the Christian walk/life. I can't explain it now; I haven't got the notes I wrote on the concept last night with me, so you're going to have to either read the book yourself or e-mail me.

Okay. I need to go. :) I love that book!!
