Well. Life is interesting.

1. Grandma B will be moving into a home in the next 3 months or so.
2. They want to put up the house for sale in May or June.
3. So we'll need to move somewhere around that same time.
4. We will be gifted enough money from the sale of the house to pay off our student loans, plus a little.
5. We will receive this money AFTER we move, which makes planning on how much house we can buy a little...complicated.
6. Stephen thought they would help us out with the down payment, too, but that isn't going to be the case, which means we can afford less house than he thought. Stephen was pretty devastated yesterday, which in turn made me a giant mess. Yesterday was not a fun day. Stephen's doing better now, which means I'm doing better.
7. We may have to make a BIG move. Either that or buy a manufactured home (Stephen's not too happy about that). Seems like those are our options.
