Eep!!

First of all...Alex finally gave Heidi a ring. :) Yay! He's been hiding it for 3 months, which is just insane!! He did it very traditionally romantically, which was cute...Dinner at the most expensive place in town on top of the highest building, that kind of thing. Isn't that sweet?

So what I'm "Eeep!"ing about is that now I'm helping Heidi plan her wedding and she wants to get married in FEBRUARY!

They've been dating for 15 months and have been serious from the beginning, I imagine. So a short engagement makes sense on that front, but ohmygosh. How to pull a wedding together in less than 3 months?! I did mine in 5, but yikes! Plus they don't have a lot of money. Luckily she has a lot going for her: Stephen's a photographer and Alex's mom is a cake designer! And I will probably do flower decorations for the reception, but I don't think I want to try my hand at wedding flowers. That's a lot of pressure!! And I only know how to make one kind of bouquet. :P

Anyways, I am going to be super busy in the next two or three months. EEK! Tomorrow Heidi and I are going to get her measurements taken so she'll know what size dress she needs. And so it begins!

Lord, please help me keep a clear head and not stress. Calm my heart. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
