I always feel better when I write out what I need to work on. So here goes.

1. More space between the flowers, and a taller arrangement.
   
2. Arrangement pricing. Need a better handle on this. Truly not in my usual skill set. :/ Is there a quicker way to get it?
   
3. Computer system. Need to know how to take orders, put in information, and not mess up.
   
4. Phones. Need to know how to take orders from customers, ask for all the right information, write down all the info I need.
   
5. Watch yourself when talking about your old shop, and always explain fully! And with grace. So as not to be misinterpreted like today. (That was embarrassing!)
   
6. Customer service. Must not be afraid to betray my own ineptitude. (Grrr. Not my forte. This is a pride thing. Prayer, lots of prayer.)
   
7. Really really really gotta work on arranging.

Ergh. I learn fast, sure, but I learn fast one thing at a time. I must get better at multitasking.

I can do this.
