RRGH! My boss frustrates me so very much sometimes.

I sum his frustrating qualities up thus:
-Insecure
-Trouble with boundaries
-Nonconfrontational
-Picky
-Fussy
-Noncommunicative

So if you're picky and/or fussy, being noncommunicative is really a terrible way to manage. The end.

I'm also frustrated because I have to quit the library on Thursdays. I've tried so hard to keep that time slot. :( I'm going to miss Marilyn and the quiet. I don't really want to go back to volunteering on Fridays only. So do I just quit outright? *sigh* I wish I knew.

Know what's even more annoying? (Back to work.) Every last one of us is insecure and nonconfrontational, except my male coworker, who is arrogant and somewhat bossy. But also the most knowledgeable of all of us. Out of us insecure ones, J is the only one who manages to not be completely boundary-less and dysfunctional. I hope I am doing better with that, too.

But overall, it can make for a frustrating day. Ugh. :P

On a positive note, I sum up my boss's positive qualities thus:
-Actually cares about his employees.
-Genuinely tries to be considerate.
-For the most part, lets his employees manage themselves. (Which would work better if we all weren't so unsure of ourselves... LOL.)

In other news...Nope, there isn't any other news. Boring blog! Oh well. :P I should go amuse myself somewhere.
