If you were to give one piece of advice to your 15-year-old self, what would it be?

My first reaction was, "Just one?!"

But after mulling over all the different things I wish I could tell my 15-year-old self, I finally settled on the ONE thing I would say if it just had to be one:

Find a way to get yourself into counseling/therapy.

That would have helped 90% of my problems. And then I would have had a leg up in the rest of my life.
