Ah, space! Blessed space! Space to myself. Space to be alone with my thoughts. Space to enjoy quiet and space to provide calm. Bless the Lord, do I ever need space!

I've spent the last couple of days with so many people that I'm just worn out. My wonderful boyfriend is, indeed, wonderful, but also very people-oriented. I thank God he understands that I need to be alone after a while. Alone as in not even with him. I love him, and I will marry him, but there are times when I just need blessed SPACE.

Keep us in your prayers. It's been a very telling weekend. We have discussed a lot of big issues. Had our first (kind of) fight, even. I know it's just the start of all the big, big issues we'll have to discuss before we're married. I'm glad we're starting now.

Especially pray for us as we drive the 8 hours back home tomorrow. I've spent a lot of time with him this weekend and I'm hoping I won't be tired and short with him on the long, weary drive back. Thankfully I'll be driving most of it.

Oh, by the way. My parents (mom, grandma, grandpa) spontaneously bought me a 2006 PT Cruiser.
