In other news... Goodness, I'm so sore today! I haven't been this sore after a WinterGuard practice since the first practice! My back is sore... And my arms... Wow, does flag work ever wear your triceps out! And my obliques are a little sore too. My legs are so tired, but workable. :)

Doing push-ups after crunchies kills me. If we did push-ups first, I would do okay. But the crunchies...I can hardly breathe 'cause it hurts so bad. So I usually stop for a few counts. A girl's gotta breathe, y'know.

Okay, I've been online way, way too long. I'm going to go listen to my Mark Shultz CD. :)
